Hi lady! Another Tuesday & another bridal post, so sorry for all you non brides ๐ This is just a season of life I am enjoying 100%, so I am super passionate about sharing all the details with you! Hopefully if you are a bride to be & trying to figure out a way to ask your best girls to stand by your side this post will help! And let me just say, picking bridesmaid has seriously been the hardest part of the wedding process so far. I just wantedย all the girls in my life to be included, but I came to my senses & figured I couldn’t have 15+ bridesmaids!
Any who, I knew I wanted to do something extra special for my BFFs, which obviously included a brunch with mimosas! I mean is it really celebrating if mimosas are not involved? ๐ With that being said, I invited my friends to Winewood Grill in Grapevine for brunch! If you are in DFW, you definitely need to eat at Winewood. I am a major fan of their brunch food (& mimosas).
I put together little white boxes that were filled with some goodies inside, to ask them to stand by my side, on one of the biggest days of my life! I tried to stick to pieces that stuck to my personality & style, but would also not cost me an arm & a leg! I found the boxes from Etsy for $12 for a set of 12. Before I received them I had bought champagne flutes, but they ended up not fitting in the boxes. No worries though, I headed back to Hobby Lobby & exchanged the flutes for polka dot, stemless wineglasses. While at Hobby Lobby, I also purchased the ring holders with each girls initial. This was the special touch that was unique for each bridesmaid! I filled the box with some pink & white confetti, threw in a mini bottle of prosecco & called it a day! Oh & added a big bow on top, duh ๐ And the bow just so happened to be the color of their bridesmaid dresses (that I am letting each of them choose).
I found the cutest cards to “pop the question” with from Marrygram. I love the saying on the cards, because it tied the champagne theme together. And they were pearly white, with blush pink envelopes, so you know I really did love them!
After treating these special girls to brunch & popping the question, they each said yes & I am SO honored. I have been in several weddings & personally know how much work & dedication it takes, so my heart melts knowing they each want to be apart of mine & Austin’s big day. I wanted to take the time to show a little love to each girl, as they all holdย a special place in my heart. So continue reading if you want to learn how I met each of my besties. If not, thank you so much for stopping by! I hope this got your creative mind flowing!
